We act as the Managing Agents for many MCs/ JMBs throughout Malaysia and we have the resources, drive and knowledge to efficiently manage Estates under our care. Although we have a diverse client base, we take special attention to ensure that each MCs receives personalized service from us. The Executive Management Team at Renesans Property Management is made up of individuals with strong background in Operations, Human Resources, Management, Legal, Building Management Strata Management Act (757), Accounting & Financial Management, Projects Specifications and Management of Defects, Repairs & Repainting and Additions & Alterations works. We optimize the expertise within our Executive Management Team to ensure the efficient and proactive management of Estates under our charge, which will in turn benefit the Residents/Clients

Professional with over 20 years of high caliber experience in Malaysia. As a Proactive individual who's motivated to provide quality services, madam Hasslenda strives in delivering excellence through effective communication, coordination, decision making, problem solving, strategies, planning and execution. Among her credentials include a MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA) from EDITH COWAN UNIVERSITY, AUSTRALIA.She is registered with the BOARD OF VALUER,APPRAISERS, ESTATE AGENTS & PROPERTY MANAGERS, MALAYSIA. Mr.Sathan has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of property and facilities management including Owners Corporation Management,Property Management and Sales and has extensive knowledge and conversant with the Strata Titles Act 1985 and Strata Management Act 757 2013.Among his credentials include an Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from University of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology,Melbourne, Australia. He is a registered Property Manager with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) and a Member of AISEC, Australia – an association for business students. Achievements : Westpac (Australian Bank) Mathematics Award. Attended and successfully completed a basic civil defense course conducted by the Department of Civil Defense, Malaysia

With deep roots in Johor, Dato' Seri Nesan brings over 17 years of extensive experience in Property and Facilities Management. His professional journey began with a small property management company in Johor Bahru, where he built his expertise through hands-on experience and a strong commitment to the industry.Through years of dedication and professional development, he progressed to become a respected Property Advisor and the Founder of Renesans Property Management Sdn. Bhd. Dato' Seri Nesan specialises in corporate and litigation valuation, property consultancy, and property management. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous major corporate assignments, property-related exercises, and matters involving strata management and compliance under the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757). His extensive industry experience is further strengthened by his background and professional exposure, including experience with CISCO Police Singapore (PC 10050), a Certificate in Plantation Science & Management, and participation in various seminars and professional programmes relating to Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) organised by the Johor Bahru City Council (MBJB). With a combination of practical industry knowledge, technical expertise, and extensive exposure to strata and property matters, Dato' Seri Nesan continues to provide professional advice and strategic solutions to property owners, Joint Management Bodies (JMBs), Management Corporations (MCs), and other stakeholders within the property management industry.

A dynamic and results-driven Executive Director with over 20 years of professional experience in developing and implementing customised operational strategies aligned with corporate expansion goals, business objectives, and long-term organisational growth.He possesses extensive knowledge and practical experience in Property Management, Strata Management under the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757), Commercial Property Management, and Gated & Guarded Communities. His broad industry exposure enables him to effectively manage complex operational requirements while maintaining high standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.He holds an Executive Diploma in Real Estate, together with an Advanced Certificate in Business Administration and further academic exposure towards a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Throughout his career, he has gained extensive hands-on experience across various sectors, including property, residential developments, hotels, and resorts, covering key areas such as operations, administration, business development, marketing, customer relations, and strategic management. Known for his strong leadership, effective communication, and practical management approach, he is particularly skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, operational planning, and stakeholder management. His ability to respond effectively to challenging situations and implement timely solutions has contributed significantly to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the organisations under his leadership. With more than two decades of industry experience, he brings a combination of strategic leadership, operational expertise, property management knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills, making him a valuable asset in driving organisational performance and sustainable business growth.

Our team advise & guide developers & residents on the formation of Joint Management Body (JMB) and subsequently, Management Corporations (MC) on issuance of Strata Titles. We undertake a robust annual income & expenditure annual budget for AGMs as well as EGMs.
