METHOD OF MANAGEMENT
We provide Building Executives, Internal Accounts Officers, Administration Clerks, Maintenance Technicians & Handyman under our payroll & as per requirements of respective buildings. The rest of service providers such as security, cleaners, landscaping, etc will most likely be outsourced. Nevertheless, these service providers may provided by us under our payroll by request of respective Committee.
We issue monthly billings & collections of service charges, according to respective buildings accounts software. Our personnel on site will do the collection, issue official receipts, banking & preparations of collection reports. We provide full monthly reports on the status of building, quotations & incident reports. It is our duty to supervise the performances of all service providers, whereby all reports will be presented to Committee in Meetings. Our role is basically to take accountability of Committee / Developers /Registry of Society
