Renesans Property Management is a professional Managing Agent firm with vast experience within the expertise of managing Residential, Commercial and Industrial Estates. We act as the Managing Agents for many MCs/ JMBs throughout Malaysia and we have the resources, drive and knowledge to efficiently manage Estates under our care. Although we have a diverse client base, we take special attention to ensure that each MCs receives personalized service from us. The Executive Management Team at Renesans Property Management is made up of individuals with strong background in Operations, Human Resources, Management, Legal, Building Management Strata Management Act (757), Accounting & Financial Management, Projects Specifications and Management of Defects, Repairs & Repainting and Additions & Alterations works. We optimize the expertise within our Executive Management Team to ensure the efficient and proactive management of Estates under our charge, which will in turn benefit the Residents/Clients

Mr.Sathan has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of property and facilities management including Owners Corporation Management,
Property Management and Sales and has extensive knowledge and
conversant with the Strata Titles Act 1985 and Strata Management Act
757 2013.Among his credentials include an Bachelor of Business in
Accountancy from University of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology,Melbourne, Australia. He is a registered Property Manager with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) and a Member of AISEC, Australia – an association for business students. Achievements : Westpac (Australian Bank) Mathematics Award. Attended and successfully completed a basic civil defense course conducted by the Department of Civil Defense, Malaysia

He grew to a very solid Property Advisor and Founder Of Renesans. He specializes in corporate and litigation valuation and has undertaken many major corporate and exercises and various submissions to the strata act 757 2013 of Malaysia. He also has vast experience and strrong track record in CISCO POLICE Singapore PC 10050,Certificate in Plantation Science &Management and attended various seminars about STRATA ACT 757 organized by Johor Bahru City Council

Our team advise & guide developers & residents on the formation of Joint Management Body (JMB) and subsequently, Management Corporations (MC) on issuance of Strata Titles. We undertake a robust annual income & expenditure annual budget for AGMs as well as EGMs.
